Or anything else that flies. Ive always enjoyed fighting airborne creatures (especially the biggens) because you have to switch your tactics up so much

Well, if we create flying creatures they should actually have wing motion, as apposed to the "cliff racer" motion from MW. We will never see a "hovering twilight", only a flying one.

In Oblivion the towns are interior cells. Perhaps you can make them exterior cells so if you can code in levitation for the player, and/or flying creatures than it would not be out of place.
