I'd like to claim both Dark Brotherhood and the Morag Tong. I love assassins and if the claim leader of the Morag Tong and the Dark Brotherhood is the same it could have an extra bit of evil interaction between the two :goodjob: . Also as a result I would like to claim the interiors of those two....

Also I'd like to add a small village(or claim an original MW village that is suitable) which serves as the "entrance port" for Dark Brotherhood.

Morag TONG. And the Morag Tong isn't evil. They carry out honorable, legal assassinations and are supported by the authorities. They don't worship Sithis (Sithis is, by the way, a "nothing"), they worship Mephala (who founded the Tong). The Dark Brotherhood is actually a splinter faction of the Morag Tong.

The DB sanctuary on Vvardenfell would probably be in the caves under Ebonheart (where you got the Lord's Mail from in TES3), WELL hidden as they are hunted to death by authorities and the Morag Tong (but King Helseth supports them, and he's of House Hlaalu (actually, his ancestors are from the minor House Mora, who were assassins who worshipped Sithis and were called "Black Hands" (just like the DB), who merged with Great House Hlaalu), who has control of Ebonheart.

dont know how much this mod cares about lore, but the last functioning (what i enterprited "interactive" to mean) observatories are in the arcane university, stros m'kai and firsthold.

When I said "observatory", I meant "observatory", not "orrery". You're thinking of the orreries.
