If the portal doesn't appear then it has to do with the plugin "Reich_Parkeep_Portal.esp", as that's what enables the portal. Perhaps you forgot to tick it that time?

Thats weird, i never had Reich_parkeep_portal.esp, but it worked before, where do I download it.
