When you select "needs a key" that is exactly what it means. No lock picking.

In this case there's only one NPC so you could use a level e.g. hard and check leveled as well (don't assign a key to the door).

Bah, now it's done Confusedigh:

This claim took quite long because first when I started modding it, I didn't have the current .bsa package :] Thats why the most of vanilla was all from oblivion, not ST.
