Yes it will have a Mages guild. There are no interior claims in the near future,
as the interior tileset has to be made/created.

We start with the exterior and the city it self.

The Fighter Guild will be part of the city. The Thieves Guild I don't know.
The idea is interesting.

The Tower will be Imperial. I attached a screenie of the TES3 mod.

I believe we're making Silgrad Tower (as in the actual Tower) Velothi now.
