Sohei quests
This thread is for the Sohei quests (the samurai joinable faction in Knifeblossom). Kodama briefly mentioned this in the quests thread in the general discussion section.

The Sohei (warrior monks) of Knifeblossom live in a temple up a steep mountain in the north of Knifeblossom.
They are very powerfull warriors, they wear the same types of armor as the samurai, and use the same weapons too. When these guys are not meditating or doing something usefull, they are training martial arts. We will need a couple of peacefull quests aswell as combat quests.

They're warriors, right?
Have you forgotten about standing under waterfall? Except here water is so old that it would actually damage you. So you'd have to stand under it and surive, without healing (requires high health, of course leveled and script controled). This could perhaps be one of initiation quests?

Yeah...it could be very cold water, it would purify the soul.
And it could cause frost damage, an easy test for a Nord That would be a great initiation quest, thanks Arbiter :goodjob:

The Sohei should have a high endurance, agility and willpower.
Important skills could be: blade, blunt, marksman, hand to hand, acrobatics, light armor and restoration. Yeah they know many ways to defeat their enemies and they are very good at healing spells, and that makes them a very powerfull force in Akavir

So do you have any ideas on initiation, besides that possible I mention before?
Perhaps a test in every field they value, or chosen fields?

Yeah, they could have tests for marksman, hand to hand and blunt (and maybe restoration) plus the coldwater test :goodjob:
