I found this:

Rigging might not be your only issue.

The skeleton of the horse does not conform to the camel, especially on the neck and head areas, most likely. This can cause animation to look bad.

Also, because the skeleton of the horse's head and neck does not align with the camel's head/neck, I can bet that there is no collision aligned to most of the camel's neck areas and head. Means that when dead and havok takes effect, those parts of the camel will often clip through the ground/rocks/etc, since no collision to prevent those areas from going through stuff.

You might need to redo the neck/head skeleton part of the horse, and reanimate it and recollision it.

But yeah, you *might* be able to get away with some clever rigging, to make the animation act ok on the neck, at least.

Yeah, don't let those little turds get you down. Dingleberries stick for a while, but eventually they fall off. Cool

Well... It actually looks great even with horse skeleton... The only issue i have is that the front legs have an a little odd animation.. well the leg parts of horse and camel are almoust identical... and neck issue is very small and unimportant.. Im sure if someone will rerig legs it would be really great.
