Stuff that needs modelling!
Here are some concepts I found on Deviant Art.

And I have to admit, as much as I hate WoW, they have cool pictures.

I need someone to model the hat, with the horns and ears.

The bear would look A W E S O M E!!!!

pauldrons and sword

IMPORTANT: Something like this for Gideon only a little less toony.
This guy has alot of "troll" concepts that would look neat. it'd be nice to have at least two variants, that way not many guards look the same.

Sarpa Concept

More to come

EDIT: IMPORTANT - I need a CheydinhalBridge02 with the stilts cut off.

you should probably get permission to use these concepts, if you haven't already.

I've asked them all If I can use their concepts.

Draconians are,if I'm correct, a D&D thing. Sarpa are winged Argonians, but we can use the concepts for their armors, and stuff.

I gotta say only this one is close to be suitable to make a model on. Everything else there is extremly hard but, im not saying its impossible but its gotta take some pro skilled 3d modder to achieve such accuracy on the models.

Dont let my words let you down. Its not impossible to make, but extremly hard :|
Maybe it's intuition

that bear is happening. Even if I have to spend all nine weeks of my summer break modelling it and rigging it will happen lol. screw architecture, i want that bear. I even know how i'd do it... Just start with a normal bear and add-on the relevant bits then rework the UV map then scale that thing up about 5x

Its so awesome... i cant wait till my exams are over (just have to make sure im not distracted by sunshine and whatnot).

#llamaranger - hehe, great! Thats probably gonna be the coolest out of them all.

#BusterWolF - I dunno about being too terribly hard. A helmet is not very difficult, even with ears, and horns.
Pauldrons, and sword....easy, I could even do that.
Gideon armor...maybe a bit difficult, but amazing nonetheless
Sarpa...we'll see what happens. XD
