One small critique, you might want to look at the Ruby weapon weapon set for the red areas of the helmet. There is a difference (if subtle) between the two.

Aside from that, it's perfect! Big Grin

I just looked at them again Kyoushu, so you mean the ruby areas of the helm should be darker? Not really sure on what you meant. Oh and I just want to say that you're style of concept art is great to model from! Usually I need more views of an object to model it but with that concept its almost like I can already tell what it would look like from other views :goodjob:

I think it's the normal map on the helmet (and shield), particularly in the red crystal areas; it looks a bit bumpy. The armour should be smoother/ close to the weapon set.

Made the normal map less extreme.

I think I'm gonna start on the gauntlets next...then the boots. Saving the curiass for last because its gonna be alot of rigging involved. And I have to get back to that tileset...kinda put it on the backburner when i started this, but I didnt forget about it DA!

For the curiass...is it intended to be one piece and take up the slots for the chest and legs or do you want me to separate it into two parts? Personally I think that it looks like one peice since the ruby part and parts of the upper armor layers extend below the waistline, but I can make it two pieces if nessasary...just dont think it would look good having the upper ruby part separated at the waist.

That looks awesome Heywood!! :goodjob:
It takes guys as simple as the Dude and Walter to make a story this complicated... and they'd really rather be bowling.
