OK it seems you been doing some work allready and I need to play catch up....but thats fine, I had a feeling you were writing a book when I saw you on the forum page so long lol
Firstly: The Dreugh Banner Page is good. I like it
I'll read more into what you have but at first glance it seems very sound and I realize its just a rough draft ( a good one though)
The only other question I have is this:
Is this going to start in MW and finish in OB
or
Is it going to be a mod that can be done in both (with the same story)

the only problem could be Vivec.... disappearing.... if you haven't beaten the TES3 MQ yet
EDIT:
but yeah I would lie you to work with me to finalize the storyline cause that would only be fair... plus I want some new ideas and all... since you would be TES3 head and me TES4 head we need to wor together

As far as Vivec goes Im sure we can make it so the quests are not activated until the main Quest is completed, I have played other mods that require this and it seems to work with out problems
Once the MQ is completed you really have no interaction with Vivec anyways I have killed him and other times I just leave him be, it would conflict with Junipers Twin Lamps Mod in that respect, and theirs a few other popular mods that need Vivec's intervention, but should we even concern ourselves :eek: (thats mean) :lmao:
You mentioned BigHead Shack he's not the crazy guy who always lying ?
I thought maybe he might be a good starting point since you don't know what to believe. I think hes positioned on an island osomewheres north of Sadrith Mora

no... that's M'Aiq the Liar... Big Head is on a shack as well...
but Big Head is an Argonian, M'Aiq the Liar is a liar, I mean a Khajiit
actually maybe we use both of them? one's a liar, and one's a mad-man.... then again that might pose problems since in TES4 M'aiq is actually in the game...

Maybe he's not so much of a liar now, since alot of the stuff he tells you about is actually in TES4

AH so he moved to the Big City lol
The other thing I found interesting about what M'Aig says goes along with Geilir the Mumbling, Oddfrid White-Lip tells the future about the Dragon dieing, which we know is reference to the events of TES4 M'Aig says the dragons close to the ground are invisible (as in disappeared) , metophoric reference ( could be taken that way ) at least I did
He also takes about horses (eating them) :eek:
