When I had playtested the region for a while, I noticed that there is a gap of land between the most southern end of my road with the most northern part of Lathrys South.
The road/path that was supposed to go in Lathrys South (as TID asked) is also gone.

As I said before there were problems with your file.
Meaning you altered a lot of stuff outside your claim (not on purpose) and that's why people should submit their files for checking every two weeks.
I cleaned your file using the coordinates which are described in the OP.
The references for the HM quad south (2_-1) of the vertical coordinate 0 have been removed.

No one told me that you exceeded the boundaries of your claim, so the next time please share this kind of info with the other responsible parties. Thank you.
EDIT
It would take more time to fix the esm than adding the road textures from scratch.

RE: Roads
Nice map! Good job! I'm sure that's going to make things much easier.
Since you are working with Bitter Coast Latrys North, and no one has claimed South, would you be alright with laying out the roads in that region? Again, you don't have to worry about decoration - just get a road texture laid down and that will do just fine for the time being until someone claims Latrys South.
He told my by PM, so you couldn't know.

I remember that PM. We'll just simply have to work to make sure a similar situation doesn't happen again.
The plans have changed since then (now all the regions will have been claimed and generated for the next release), so it'll probably be whoever generates BCLS who goes over those roads. You won't have to worry about it.
As for the gap, I'm not sure what I can say about that. It's up to sandor, but I think it'll just be smoothed over again by hand*. hrug: There's not much else to be done.
* EDIT: He did say that would take less time overall than trying to use old data, so I think that's the best course of action.

I've fixed some stuff and added some land.

Thanks, I'll merge the file.

Some other fixes for Latrys island.

Use this internal version of the esm to continue with your modding.
Don't use the bearded races, these have been removed from the esm (for the time being), TID is going to fix a few technical problems.

blackbird: When you submit ESP files, could you write a brief summary of what they contain? Like for instance if you update Llothyn Mokamer NPCs, you indicate it in your post? It'll make looking at these files a little easier for me.

Update: addedthe name lathrys north to all my custom cells as sandor asked.
