OK, it's done. Find the esp attached.

I do however have one problem:
1. NPC Dialogue. There must be something wrong with the Greeting topic, which triggers the other topics. In-game, the NPC has 'My trade' topic, which is not my topic. Something's wrong here.

Could you please look into it? The Dialogue's name is STJBScc0406Dialogue.

Some comments:
1. Since there was no background concerning the NPC, I made him a Hlaalu Dunmer mage/alchemist. He has some small story, but nothing much. TBH, I couldn't come up with anything, so the NPC is quite flat.
2. I eventually left the pillars intact. I still don't like them, but it's a bit too much work at this point.
3. Doors are owned by the NPC and he has the key.
4. Pathgrids and NPC AI all working very well. I tested it a couple of times.
5. A few readables were placed, but again nothing serious.
6. Windows added to both the internal and external model.
7. Northmarker left unchanged.
8. XMarker added.

Let me know what you think. I can fix or modify something upon further request.

OK, if there is anything you don't like or want me to modify in this claim, let me know.

Also, I'd very much appreciate if you tell me what you think in general. Does the interior suck? Not entirely? What did I do wrong? What did I do right? I want to improve for the future, you know...

Can we perhaps make a modification of an interior model 'StInHlaHall4way'? In Oblivion they are usually called 'Room' and 'noRoom'.
[snip]
I find the interior to have too many pillars. Some of them are OK, but not all, I think. Do you agree in principle? If so, are there any modellers around? If not, let me know, so I will make this modification myself.

Any preferences to who the NPC might be? I take it a Dunmer...

A side note, yesterday I got ST to work. I was in awe. This is Morrowind, just like the old days. Smile

Something to point out: Some of the exterior steps near the doors, I could walk into them. You must be aware of that.

I think the models you want are already available, actually.

Look in the "meshes\st\hlaalu\interior\tileset\room" folder....

(look at the "center.nif", especially)

...and the "meshes\st\hlaalu\interior\tileset\other" folder

(has same pillars as a separate nif, and many others that match the interior you were working on)

The above nifs most likely will be entered in the CS, under different Editor ID names, other than what their direct nif names are. Luckily, the CS can sort the various columns of info within it, so you can sort by "mesh" or "model path" by clicking on said title at top of each column. It sorts alphabetically.

Yeah, don't let those little turds get you down. Dingleberries stick for a while, but eventually they fall off. Cool

You're right, these meshes are in there. Sorting by the folder/mesh name is helpful. Let me play around with it and find the ones needed.

Thanks KP. This really helps! :goodjob:

@Sandor: In the meantime, see the attached file. Dialogue issue was finally fixed.

OK.

The NPC came out a bit flat in terms of personality. It's a large interior, which would house a couple more likely. Oh, anyway...

@Koniption
Thanks for checking the meshes. Smile
For the Hlaalu tileset I always add the nif ID to the EDITOR ID (EDID).

We normally don't mix the hall and room tilesets because of the ceiling.
It gets rather complicated to finish a correct interior.
Plus I don't like it, however I don't mind to make an exception.
