Nice, the hous is pretty optomized, so give is a 1024 texture.

trieng to make it a tileset,does anyone know what a blender unit equates to in 3d max?

I wouldn't really know, but simple trial and error shouldn't hurt as long as it isn't too much work to export it as an NIF usable by TES4. You could just scale it until it is the right size. EDIT: The actual model file I mean :yes:
