My main problem was that none of the nif files extracted correctly (I got an error list of about 500 items, and when I tried to open the files they were all 0 kb in size and could not be read). None of them displayed correctly in the set.

There aren't any nif files in that file you gave me the link to. That only contains ElsweyrValenwood.esm....
Can you give me the link you actually used pls?

this is the one we are using for region gen, that deeza was having issues with. as for the missing interiors, i will try to track them down

this is the working file for the 3.2 release. The fewer people that have it the better. some stuff has been merged in, most hasn't. only use this version for region gen and nothing else.
Some small fixes and all the region gen so far have been merged in. the orcrest move has been merged, but the cleanup hasn't etc.
When you are done, just upload the esm. the reason i put everything in this one is because i wasn't sure Deeza had all the files. i did not include the LOD files, as these will be redone once the region gen is done. Aside from those its all based on the 3.1 release, only the esm is different.

I had no problems with extracting the nifs.
Deeza, make sure you extract it with something that can read .7z you know. i use WinRar. and aall files are readable.
EDIT: I extracted them a second time and and half the files are corrupted...?(

Could you try to compress them in rar format, perhaps that'll will get it.
And BTW, I managed to transfer Illiana's Riverhold into a seperate worldspace, but in my opinion it would be better if we put it in the main worldspace. The problem is, i know no program that can copy cells from on worldspace into another. I could write it, I suppose, but i don't know absolutely nothing of reading TES4 files.
If only I had a bit of the Gecko sourcecode, I could modify it to read only cell data and the objects in it and copy them to another worldspace.
