FG: Quest Ideas, Thoughts, Etc...

Goblins:
I havent read anything to support either one, in all accounts they are considered beastfolk.

Reputation:
Corruption is everywhere, if it is known by the public then yes their reputation would be affected.

The Guild as a whole probably wouldn't accept a contract like that but again if the right people have been corrupted then yes..

The FG in MW had corrupted members, but it wasn't publically known, internally it was handled
