Yes but I haven't seen House Dres... yet.
Will this also be something you can see in the mod?

stand a chance?
(go read the conceptual storyline)

even if they won't ally with Indoril & Redoran, they can be fierce warriors themselves... think aristocratic plantations... the sons and specialized mercenaries will be highly trained warriors.... cause they don't spend their days working.... they train to fight and sometimes go into Argonia to raid for slaves
Hlaalu are more mercantile though both are economic powers. The Hlaalu spend more time bartering and selling... cause that what they do. There are fewer and less well trained warriors. They do have more of a market for mercenaries though, being wealthier... they are also more in favor of large fortified settlements than the Dres, but maybe that's cause of much of the Dres lands are wet plains or marshes... so its hard for very expansion cities... except a few

also... remember.... the Telvanni leaders can be very war-like if provoked... but they prefer to stay back...
but the younger generation is colonizing Vvardenfell, attacking Mages guild, etc. The younger Telvanni are a bit laid back... but much more confrontational than their elders...

Is there possibility of internal Telvanni war? I know it's unlikely because of power that older generation has, but still.....

well look....
Dagoth and Telvanni are similar in that:
1- use of magic prevelant
2- use assasination, kidnapping, and subterfuge to gain power if conventional methods are too hard

Telvanni youths... they might rise up against their elders... but not likely
their councilors are saying that they dont support the young Telvanni settlers... BUT they aren't saying no... in fact they tell Duke Vedam Dren that he he wants to go stop them its his own choice but following the old Telvanni traditions, the council has no power over the expansion of the individuals....
that may be partially true... if someone as powerful as Gothren said he wanted one of them dead... he'd probably kill them
the Telvanni politics are benefitting the youths more than harming them... IF imperial authorities actually find them... then they have to break into either a Velothi tower, some sort of cave, or something.... and then easily picked off one by one in the narrow corridors... by anywhere from 1 to a large company of Telvanni magicians
