Getting to know your squad should be a priority so the player has emotion of some kind when one of them dies or is turned into something that is intent on killing the player.

Ok, I think we need to decide, what do we use for the forts? I'm thinking Skingrad castle is awsome, and would make a nice HQ, Brumas for the other ones.

Well, one mod I use (I don't recall the name, I'll check later when I'm back on my own computer) adds 3 villages and one of them is a little Imperial outpost thing where part of the fort is underground, and there's walls around a few buildings. Maybe something like that?
