Have we gone the Right Direction with this giving them Ald Velothi and Dagon Fel I feel we need to rediscuss this faction and how it will be setup.

You also need to rediscus this with Skyrim, as they are Nordic colonists and would be directly influenced by the goings on in Skyrim.
