okay... when this group was small, it was me and a few others... and claims were easy to manage... however now it has gotten big and when the conditions of a group change, organization needs to also... therefore...
I am redoing the claiming system.... this is the thread to put your claim in
If there is anything that you disagree with, discuss, but I believ this is the claims and such for now.... please, also come and post here what you have claimed thank you for your cooperation, we need to get it more organized

Regions and Cities can be tricky in that sometimes there is an interior that is in the region but so close and necessary to the city, for example the daedric shrine near Sadrith Mora which we are expanding or the bandit cave next to Seyda Neen.... I will designate what they are but if you have issues with that, let us discuss that
cities are within regions bu they themselves are a whole different sort of work so we need to focus on them a bit differently... small hamlets will be considered a settlement, that includes ashlander camps.
cities will be organized here by region but when in making them, faction or style must also be considered....
major bases that are not actual cities in th real sense such as Valenvaryon or Dagoth Ur will decided on based on inhabitants, and also complexity and such, for example, while Marandus is a Redoran holding, it isn't a full-fledged settlement... per say.... feel free to argue about it
Regions will predominantly have the caves and dungeons while those under city will be the habitations... some can be arguable, those for totally military service and hostile unless you are one of them like Valenvaryon or Marandus are most likely under Region than city. Also, small Velothi hamlets will be settlements, but Velothi towers run by rogue telvanni or bandits are 'dungeons' so to speak.
FOR THIS, Caldera is Gash and Balmora/Odai is Ascadian

alright you got it, as soon as I finish the stuff...
as they are in some areas extremely crucial to the 2nd MQuest, I want to have a big say in it, but treat me as like a 2nd-in-command claim-leader okie dokie? a more involved supervision is something that as mod leadeer and developer of MQs I would like to have.... come on Big Grin

I might also want to claim Mzanch (the first Dwemer ruin I've ever seen the exterior of in TES3... I just "WOW"'ed when I saw it...)... or maybe Arkngthand, since it's the first one I actually went inside of (again, another wow moment).
