I added one more guard tower claim to the list. I think that should be the only one that is needed for Soluthis.

EDIT: Also, a very minor/small ESP that fixes a few dialogue issues.

Soluthis1301 - It removes the dialogue that refers to the incomplete quest in Soluthis1301 (removed one response in a single INFO, and added conditions to the other INFO's so that they are inaccessible; also made a small change in wording).

Soluthis1405 - It corrects one of the topic titles - StJkSoluthis2a becomes Soluthis
