ok, here it is.

I created a script with variables 'paid' and 'seen'.

The 'paid' Var. takes care of the issue with the player having to pay again for nothing.

The 'seen' Var. takes care of the issue of more items being added for 'BetterWeapons' topic. The topic with not show after the player accesses it the first time and the items are added.
