alright, given LN recent reservations about the probability of the events happening in the time between morrowind and oblivion, i'm going to make a bold suggestion (i try to make many of these :brew: ) prehaps the events are being orchestrated by a higher power? a daedra perhaps?

well, the one I propsed with the Great House War has nothing to do with gods...
but I think it was a good suggestion... although TES3 was like that
