From what I've heard, it's pretty easy to get a warning without really doing anything. I wonder how many people have been banned not knowing what they did wrong?

EDIT: Of course, the mods have to do the task they've been given, but there are times when they make mistakes, like anyone else I suppose.

I've never been warned, let alone banned on any forums to my knowledge. I used to be frequently banned from WinMX chat rooms though...

One forum that could use some strict enforcing is Gamespot's "System Wars" (why they state in the rules flaming is not allowed and yet have a forum seemingly dedicated to the practice, I cannot begin to comprehend). Plus it only works properly in IE. Scum I say!
