[WIP] My Summer Project
This mod will not be terribly large, 20x20 cells or less, much of it water, I hope to have it fully pollished off by the end of the summer, and I'd like you to participate.

The location: An island in the Abecean, curved like a reversed C, the island has a large water inlet. It will be a slightly more tropical island, but still made almost entirely out of stock resources. What this means is more vibrant textures for the landscape and such.

Locations on the island: this is what I have planned so far, on the southern end of the C, running along the inlet near the tip of the landmass, is the town of Sabbat. Consisting of 9 buildings and a ship interior, this is the main settlement of the island (Working title, the blackened island). To the north, located more centraly land wise, is the town of Haven. Haven is an almost entirely Redguard town, formed durring racism earlier in the island's history ( 6-7 buildings). A shipwrecked pirateship off the coast (Red Saber), as well as a Red Saber smugglers cove running under the island (entrance in the inlet). There is a now defunct fort from the empire's combat of piracy named Fort Sea Wall, this is a little north of the center of the C's curve. Two brother's who have commited a crime also have a hidden camp from where they raid the town from time to time.

The history should be mostly apperant from the above description, durring the racist period of the island's history culminated in a lynching, leading to the mass exodus of the redguard on the island. Old grudges bubble just beneath the surface on both sides. There is a minimal imperial presence, just to watch the small port.

Plans for the mod: Misc quests. Lots of them. Some from the same people, some branching. When the entirety of the island is formed, possible external expansion. This mod will be offered up to The Ocean mod, with the condition that it can release seperately as well.

I'd love to work on this as a community! I'd like the MQ to focus on the communities on the island, but I want to work on that last! Let's get all the rest done and make the best damn polished content mod the community has ever seen!

What needs doing:

- Outlining what each building in the towns is, also, where the imperials will be (Not included in numbers posted above)

- Quest writing

- Heightmap creating (I can do it, but is anyone else interested?)

- Interior creation

- NPC creation

- Decision on leveled or static (Or option?)

- Decision on region editor, or hand placed

Thoughts? Suggestions? Volunteers?!

McBAGH!...Safe Haven then.

I'm thinking we can have more locations linked to quests. Like a secret room in an empty cave, revealed in a quest to find Deadra worshipers on the island... Culminating in the summoning. Yes, I like that.

Thanks for that Mormacil.

I do hope to see some interest in this. I definately can make this alone, but it would be far less interesting a process, as well as product. It would also take far longer.
