Claim: Ebb03 - Vares Manor [Finished]

This is for the just recently started community of Ebbedin. (I couldn't find anywhere else for this thread). Make it dependant on the Oblivion, Reich Parkeep, and Ebbedin esm's.

I need a good, decent sized redoran manor to put on the island of Ebbedin. Make it with the redoran tileset. I don't know the exact names of the person who lives there, but make sure his last name is VARES. Design a fully working interior, npc schedules and the works. It is not very big, and not as neat as the other redoran manors, because this one is in a swampy area and has a natural tendancy to get a little dirty. Vares periodically wanders to his ebony mine on the other side of the island, and will occasionally hire escorts to make sure he gets there safetly. Make the quest open every 5 months, and he will say he needs an escort down to the mine. This quest is literally to help him, because there is a chance he may be killed if he goes alone. He will walk around town. If you could, make sure he only goes out on a sunny day.

1. To claim this location, please post a reply saying so. It's not granted until either IAMTHEEMPEROR or TheImperialDragon ok's it, which they/we usually do.

2. To mod a claim, start a new .esp dependant on Oblivion.esm, and Silgrad_Tower.esm. Mod the location at your discretion and free time, within reason. Please check the Ebbedin Board for the latest information. Don't forget to add a northmarker and pathgrid.

The sole occupant was Lliyd Vares, House Brother rank in Houe Redoran. His home was rather meagre, tying in with the smallness of the village, and consisted of three rooms (plus a basement storage room). He had a guard too, but that's because guards couldn't really patrol around in the old game like they do now, and the guard doesn't have to be there permanently.

I would value the opportunity to model these interior room pieces before the claim is started, so that it can look like it should. Would that be okay with you? =) I promise not to take too long.

Vares is the House Brother who controls that area yes?

I remember he had involvment with some corruption in the mines, if oyu'd like we can bring that in and add some more to it

Hi!

I'm almost done with the main room. I expect to have the whole interior finished after next week. I'm very bussy with school at the moment, as there's a week with all the tests of a semester coming up. So I'm studying quite a lot a the moment.

And do I have to download the most recent modder-version (v 2.01) of the main esm? Or can I continue working with the one I'm using now, and switch to the newer one once I'm finished with this interior?

You can use the current version if you want. There should be no big problems. Besides, I want to see it looking good before the models get downgraded.
