Open Interior Claims in Balmora
NOTE: Once we've made some headway with the current listed districts, I'll list the Balmora Manor district and Dunmer temple. When progress is made there, we'll post the temple, garrison, velothi slums and docks.

Edit- Dave_91: If a claim uses the hammock model as used in Morrowind, please use the bedroll model as a temporary substitute until a hammock model is made.

I've pulled up some reference shots from the Morrowind CS for the Balmora interiors. I'm sure most of us have played Morrowind, but these shots should help to save some time.
The IDs of the cells are as such: BalmoraES40 = Vedam Ules' house (you would stick VvXX in front of that with XX being your modder ID, So I'd put VvC9BalmoraES40). ES = East Side district, 40 is the number of the building. Check KuKulza's layout shot to see what I'm referring to.
I've also posted KuKulza's interior descriptions for these cells, you'll find that some of these descriptions are of interiors that look far different from my reference shots. Remember that we are modding a Balmora that is set six years after Oblivion, and some of the interiors look different and/or are inhabited by different people. Nonetheless, the shots should give you a solid idea of the interior layout, as the tilesets we are using in Oblivion are virtually the same as the ones in these shots from Morrowind.

Other notes
Here is a reference thread for Balmora, with the exterior blueprint (which lays out the districts and house numbers), as well as a list describing all of the npcs in the city. KuKulza is the Hetman of Balmora, all finished claims will be reviewed by him.
Also, when working with the public Hlaalu tileset use collision mode (F4) to see where the skirting boards and boots are on the walls. Seeing as most of the claims work so far has been SilgradTower.esm dependent, you can go ahead and use those assets. Make sure you have the latest version.


Balmora: East Side District

Shargam gro-Shadulg's House (formerly Hecerinde's House) [OPEN]

When Hecerinde was killed, Shargam found a convenient home for himself. He's a big participant in the gang struggles here, only when he's drunk or angry... which is often since he lost his job to the Velothi newcomers

Drarayne Thelas' House

Rasha's House (formerly Balyn Omarel's House) [OPEN]

Rasha has made big money over the years selling clothes to Bivale Teneran. He now resides in relative luxury in Balmora. He's friends with Only-He-Stands-There and tries to make sure his seemingly poor and helpless buddy stays out of trouble.

This place is all bloody, wrecked, and abandoned. A note on the front from the Balmora guard asks all citizens to please not enter. All the Guild-thieves were massacred within.

home to two guards, a night guard and a day guard for the East Side. They patrol the East Side streets.

Lucky Lockup [OPEN]

This place is run by Benunius Agrudilius, the Imperial publican. The Southwall Cornerclub used to be for Thieves, the Council Club has Camonna Tong thugs, and so this place has been the favorite of outlanders.

Medium Difficulty, middle class interior, Create some unique dialogue and full ai. Aside from Benunius, the npcs are pretty much you choice as far as race, name and background. If you need help with lore accurate names, use the generators here.

Ever since the bloodbath, the Camonna Tong has gotten more cautious and much more dangerous. The place is still run by Banor Seran and now has two new veteran thugs replacing the five lost, and are trained by the drillmasters. This is basically the Camonna Tong's local hideout.

This bar is run by Dulnea Ralaal, and normally occupied by Meril Hlaano, Alvis Teri, and Traven Marvos. Itermerel, a Guild-mage had left for Pelagiad. This is the favorite bar for native Hlaalu dunmer. They say the original owner, Ralaal's father, started the place with only 8 plates.

Ranis Athrys is no longer around, and has been in hiding, but still watching out for the Guild she loves. Nowadays, the Galbedir-Ajira struggles have increased and Masalinie Merian takes temporary control of the Guild hall.

This is Balmora's Fighters Guild hall. They are now overseen mainly by Hasphat who is their senior member and most efficient and scholarly of them all. However their leader Eydis Fire-eye had been kicked out and she had gone on a quest to find Ald Redaynia to get the Bittercup.

Alrighty, I think I'll take the Northeastern guard tower. Oh by the way, how's that Hlaalu Bonemold helm coming? It would be nice if we didn't have to use placeholder guard armor.

Yeah I'm going to work on it today, Once I get the texture, it should be near done. It won't need rigging since it'll be a closed helm.

Edit- Once we get a fair few files done, we'll upload them and archive them, then merge as one. If that sounds alright.
