They don't. But when Vivec says he didn't murder Nerevar, he means that Vehk the god didn't. Vehk the mortal did.
Your monkeys dance on the Tower and the stars change and you do not remember.

Lorkhan is Akatosh is Dagon.
Uh then why did I see Akatosh pwn Dagon in the Temple?
Akatosh = Auriel. Why did Auriel decide to rip out Lorkhan's heart? Why did Tiber take the Underking's soul?

Quote:Excerpt from The Tale of Ayem

...
Three Gods, One True Faith
A lover returns to the city
Tasks are laid down
The Band that is Mazed enters the hand of god
Through power and might, the teacher is slain
In silence he ends, as in life he lived
Cut off from others, locked in a hole of his own making
A plan in progress, a city sieged
Two Gods, One True Faith-
Two Gods, One True Faith
A Blade reforged, a flame rekindled
Time has arrived, the reborn goes to end the madness
But trickery has occurred
The Incarnate goes to kill the killed
A trap is set. Only the poet will remain
Poetry will be no defense. It is destiny
Soon, very soon
One God, One Faith, One Rule by Divine Law

where did you get it? like it... exactly what I think...
Vivec is outwardly poetic, outwardly a guardian.....
but within he is probably the greatest mastermind of them all....
while Sotha Sil is great in his magicks and his wisdom, Almalexia her strength, charisma, and leadership... Vivec is in cleverness...
